סדר היום נחלק למעגלי למידה רחבים, כאשר הבוקר מוקדש ללימודי ליבה בדרך המונטסורית, ואחר הצהריים מוקדש להעשרה, העמקה, הרחבת אופקים ויצירה של פרויקט אישי-שנתי. תכנית הלימודים משלבת גם את התכנים הנדרשים על ידי משרד החינוך.

Makom Lahlom’s three-element program leans on the Montessori educational curriculum, Forest School - teaching the kids about the great outdoors, and the Good in Mankind (“Hatov SheBaAdam”), an emotional-based program created by Merhav Amit and supported by the Israeli Ministry of Education.
